Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

Gmanzi&Co works with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside of our direct control.

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately so we can assist with an investigation.
