At GManzi&Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all items before they are dispatched.
No Returns & No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind, preferences, or any personal preference after purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they select the correct item, and details before completing their order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact admin@gmanziandco.co.za within the specified reporting period with proof of purchase and supporting photos. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Exclusions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Items that have been damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Sale, promotional, or discounted items
- Items purchased by mistake
- Change-of-mind purchases
